Cedar County Cooperative Recognized at 2026 AgVend Partner Summit

Cedar County Cooperative was recently honored at the 2026 AgVend Partner Summit, receiving the New Partner of the Year award. The recognition highlights the cooperative’s continued focus on improving service and finding practical ways to better support its member-owners and customers.

Over the past year, Cedar County Cooperative has implemented Cedar County Coop Connect through its partnership with AgVend. The platform was developed to make doing business with the coop easier by streamlining how customers interact with the cooperative by bringing together account information, payments, communication, and other key services in one easy-to-use location.

The award reflects how these tools have been adopted and integrated into daily operations to improve convenience, efficiency, and overall customer experience. Rather than standing alone as a technology upgrade, Cedar County Coop Connect is being used as part of a broader effort to strengthen service and make interactions with the cooperative more accessible.

Chris Snyder, General Manager and CEO of the coop, said, “I’m very proud of the Cedar County Coop implementation team. To win the New Partner Award was very exciting. We also recently finished the coop’s Strategic Business Plan, where we identified the importance of maintaining our relentless focus on quality service and products. Our partnership with AgVend, including Cedar County Coop Connect, is a great example of utilizing technology and innovation to bring even greater value to our members and customers.”

Team members from Cedar County Cooperative attended the summit, where they connected with other cooperatives and industry professionals from across the country. The event provided opportunities to exchange ideas, learn from others in the industry, and explore new approaches to serving customers. Carlie King also participated in a panel discussion, sharing insights from the cooperative’s experience implementing this digital tool and engaging with customers in new ways.

Cedar County Cooperative also recognizes the important role its member-owners and customers have played in this progress. Their feedback, engagement, and willingness to adopt new tools have been key to the success of Cedar County Coop Connect.

Looking ahead, the cooperative remains focused on continuing to improve how it serves its customers. Building on this momentum with solutions that support greater convenience, stronger communication, and long-term value for its member-owners.
